In March this year, One Build Inc. renovated two bathrooms, a laundry room, and two bedrooms in my house.  Electrical work in the living room was also included. 

 

The workmanship, precision and quality in which the entire job was performed were absolutely superior. All of the different tradespeople coordinated by One Build met their promised work/delivery dates as scheduled first hand. The entire renovation was completed to the day as quoted    No delays - not even one day. Dirt and dust protection was provided all throughout the house Worksite was left clean and spotless at the end of each workday.   Floors were actually swiffered - nowhere else will you find that.  

 

The owner, Michael Walsh. is a true perfectionist. You can see this trait reflected in the high standards he sets for himself and the quality workmanship that he delivers. I knew I had received “Top Notch” renovation work when my old German friend, Winfried, who is a Stonemason and stickler for precision and quality came to visit. His comment:  “now that is s fine job” in German “der hat gute Arbeit geleistet.”  From someone who has years of experience in Europe and Canada restoring some fine historical buildings that are a testimony that speaks for itself. 

 

I am so enjoying my lovely new surrounding.  So very pleased with the outcome.
